1. Service

EZcooking Class agrees to provide a cooking demonstration or hands-on as per the below program.

·         8h30am : go to local market with speaking English chef

·         9h30 : back to EZ and cooking

·         11h30 : having private lunch

·         12h00 : get EZ’s gift for end

2. Inclusions & Exclusions

·         Local English speaking chef

·         Materials for hands-on cooking & lunch

·         All recipes and notes

·         1 free soft drink or local beer

·         Transportation from EZ to local market and back

·         EZ’s gift

·         No child prices

·         No VAT tax

3. Bookings and Cancellations

- Bookings (via email or telephone – as per above numbers) must be received 24hrs prior to commencement.

- Cancellations less than 48hrs prior to commencement of the demonstration will occur a 100% cancellation fee.

- In case of no-show, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

4. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, a US$ invoice will be sent at the end of each month detailing passenger names, numbers and costs.

5. Rates - from 01 January 2010 to 31 December 2010
 Hands-on cooking Class: (1 chef for maximum 10 pax)

1 pax:                65 USD/pax

02 pax:              40 USD/pax

6 pax:                30 USD/pax  

6. Miscellaneous

- Rates are applicable to both groups & FIT.

- Hands-on cooking class is subject to availability upon receipt of the reservation request.
- Recipes are provided at the start of the class.
- Our food contains no MSG / Vegetarian dishes available on request.

1. Vietnamese Spring Rolls (wrapped by rice paper and deep fried)

2. Fresh Spring Rolls

3. Charcoal Grilled Pork with Vietnamese Noodle

4. Pho served with chicken/pork, etc

5. Thang Long Grilled Fish

6. Rice pancake folded in half (and filled with a shrimp, meat and soya bean sprouts)

7. Vermicelli  Soup serve with chicken, minced pork, snails, etc

9. Steamed Glutinous Rice

10. Boneless chicken and lotus bean, green rice flakes rolled with lotus leave, stewed   and fried

11. Sweet and sour spareribs

12. Braised Chicken with  Mugwort, common sagebrush.
